The collection of data is based on consent, customer relation and legitimate interests of organising. According the GDPR of the European Union, anyone who’s data is collected has right to withdraw consent at any time, has right to check the data collected of them, has right to ask the data to be deleted and has a right to correct their data (when relevant and legally possible). The data collected is used and processed in legal basis in purpose of booking shows, maintaining customer relations, managing schedules, managing contact requests, selling tickets, customer services, invoicing, arranging events, bookkeeping, and marketing of Hannu Juntunen’s magic when agreed.

4. How is your data collected, and what is collected?
The data collected can include following: name of the person, address, phone number, email address, invoicing details, name of the organization, IP address, website cookies, and when needed permission/deny of using the data for marketing and communication. The data is collected from the website contact form, enquiries, orders, email conversations, contracts, and meetings in person.

5. Transfering the Data
The collected data is not handed to third party regularly unless agreed or necessarily needed. The handling of your data happens with care and respect of your privacy. The data is handeled only by neccesary persons who participate to functions metioned above (such as, managing, invoicing, etc.). Part of the data is saved to encrypted devices and Google services, which are also accessible only by authorised personnel. The data is not sold to any third party.
